By signing in to or using Diet Tracker ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Diet Tracker is a free personal tool for logging food, macros and weight. It may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
Not medical advice
Nutrition figures come from public databases and from what you enter, and may be wrong or incomplete. Nothing in the service is medical, nutritional or health advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for what you enter.
- You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Back up what matters
Data can be lost. Use the export in Settings to keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any data will be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
